Planting and Care

Stratford trees require a hole approx. 800mm (32") wide x 400mm (16') deep for in ground stock and larger for bigger containers. Remove the Root Control Bag or Container, place the tree in the hole and refill around it using the same soil. Water in well. Strong staking is recommended to prevent rootball movement. Be careful not to damage the trunk. Good watering practices are necessary during the first year to ensure successful establishment.
